ホルモン陽性HER2陰性進行再発乳癌に対する、ホルモン療法による維持療法を利用したベバシズマブ＋パクリタキセル療法の治療最適化研究－多施設共同無作為化比較第II相臨床試験－｜臨床研究

JBCRG-M04 (BOOSTER): ホルモン陽性HER2陰性進行再発乳癌に対する、ホルモン療法による維持療法を利用したベバシズマブ＋パクリタキセル療法の治療最適化研究－多施設共同無作為化比較第II相臨床試験－

目的: ER陽性HER2陰性進行・再発乳癌患者を対象に一次化学療法として、wPTX＋BV療法を4サイクルから6サイクル施行後SD以上の効果が認められた患者を、wPTX＋BV継続治療群とwPTXを休薬しホルモン＋BV療法に置き換え、規定イベント後にwPTX＋BV療法を再導入する群の有効性および安全性を比較検討する。

評価項目: 【主要評価項目】ランダム化からの治療戦略遂行不能までの期間Time to failure of strategy

【副次的評価項目】 2年生存率、全生存期間、PFS、安全性、Patient-reported outcomes 、バイオマーカー別の有効性、有害事象と有効性との関連

レジメン: 1) パクリタキセル（週1回）+ベバシズマブ療法
2) ホルモン+ベバシズマブ療法　
＊PD または主治医判断でパクリタキセル（週1回）+ベバシズマブ療法を再導入
